How do I pay for my order?
At the present time your order will be processed through paypal. You can use an existing paypal account if you have one or you can use your credit card through paypal. We will be adding other options soon.
How much does it cost for postage?
For orders in Australia the costs are as follows:
$0.01 - $30.99 costs $6;
$31 - $60.99 costs $8;
$61 - $250 costs $10;

Is there a separate postage charge for each item I order?
No there is one postage charge for your complete order. Within Australia the cost is a flat $6 for whatever amount you order. Overseas orders will be charged according to the cost of postage to that country.
How long does it take for my order to be sent?
If your product is in stock it will be sent ASAP. Orders within Australia should arrive within a few days. For overseas orders or products that need to be ordered in if they are temporarily out of stock please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Can I order products if I live outside Australia?
Yes. We will gladly ship products outside Australia, however you will need to contact us in order for us to calculate the postage cost.
